: 1 large bowl
INGREDIENTS
2 heads of garlic cloves separated, ends trimmed but not peeled
¼ cup of Spectrum® Peanut Oil
4 cups of peanuts shelled
¼ cup small dried red chili peppers lightly crushed
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Grated zest of 1 lime
DIRECTIONS
Add oil to a large skillet. Heat until just smoking and add garlic, chilies and peanuts.
Cook for 10-12 minutes stirring continuously until and peanuts have darkened.
Add salt and lime to pan and stir to combine well.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.
