DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and drop in shrimp gently. Cook until shrimp appears opaque, about 3 minutes depending on size of your shrimp.
  2. While the shrimp is cooking, prepare an ice bath.
  3. Plunge cooked shrimp into ice bath, drain and keep chilled.

Chili Mojo

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until almost smooth.
  2. Transfer to a dipping bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter. Set the Mojo in the center and dip away!
