INGREDIENTS
6 medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined (with tail)
DIRECTIONS
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and drop in shrimp gently. Cook until shrimp appears opaque, about 3 minutes depending on size of your shrimp.
While the shrimp is cooking, prepare an ice bath.
Plunge cooked shrimp into ice bath, drain and keep chilled.
Chili Mojo
INGREDIENTS
½ cup chopped Italian flat leaf parsley leaves
1 tablespoon dry oregano
1 tablespoon crushed red chili flakes
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Hain Pure Foods® Turbinado Sugar
Grated zest of 1 lime plus ½ cup of lime juice
A pinch of Hain Pure Foods® Iodized Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until almost smooth.
Transfer to a dipping bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter. Set the Mojo in the center and dip away!
