: 2 cups
INGREDIENTS
Spectrum® Canola Oil, for frying
2 cups rice flour
1 large Vidalia onion sliced very thin
Hain Pure Foods® Sea Salt for seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Fill fryer one third full with canola oil bring heat to 350°F.
Place the flour in a large bowl with the onions and toss to coat well.
Transfer coated onions to a sifter and shake off excess flour.
Add the coated onions to the hot oil and fry until golden brown about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer crispy onions to a tray lined with paper towels to drain.
Season with salt and serve hot.
