British born Deborah Braun has been a professional chef for over 30 years. As Corporate Executive Chef and Research & Development Manager for The Hain Celestial Group, she is involved in the development of innovative, nutritious recipes and products across our diverse and growing brand portfolio.

Creating truly delicious gluten free dishes is one of Deborah's passions. Her mission is to share exciting flavor experiences...and to show those following a gluten free lifestyle that there are nutritious choices that don't sacrifice taste for health - both are easily attainable. Her goal has been realized with the launch of Gluten Free Cafe entrees - and more mouthwatering options are sure to follow.

Having previously owned and operated her own restaurant at one of London's fashionable health spas, Deborah gravitated naturally to catering and event planning. Owner of the well-known Exclusive Boutique, she operates her catering and event planning business out of Long Island and New York City.

Deborah has been a resident of Long Island, NY for 15 years and a valued asset of The Hain Celestial Group for the past 4 years. She continues to cover a wide spectrum of cutting edge recipe and product development to meet the dietary requirements of her clients…as well as the countless consumers served by The Hain Celestial Group.
